Good budget stay close to Heathrow

Spent a night here and it was pretty chill! The family room was clean and comfy. Had a great time at the bar/lounge area for dinner. The roast was delish, especially for the price! Just wish the noise from below wasn’t so loud in the morning. But for a budget spot, it's a solid choice!

the staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was nice and warm which was great. it was pretty clean too and had everything we needed. the location was close to parks and good for exploring ascot and windsor. loved the comfy bed, made for a nice sleep.

the breakfast was a mess, there were delays and the food wasn't restocked properly. also, the sink in our room didn’t drain well which was annoying.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help, they even recommended a great local dining spot when the hotel menu wasn’t appealing. The complimentary breakfast offered a fair variety. I enjoyed the pastries and coffee. the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. I noticed some dust and dirt under the bed. the check-in process felt a bit chaotic and could use streamlining. I encountered a bit of noise from outside, likely due to the hotel’s proximity to the road. It wasn't unbearable but somewhat disruptive during the night. The overall aesthetics of the hotel also appeared outdated and could use a refresh.

Good place with great wi-fi, free parking, a lovely bar, and a cozy restaurant. On my first stay, the staff kindly helped me with plug adaptors. Highly recommend for a pleasant visit, I'll be back soon!

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the local park and ventured to a nearby castle. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast options were good, with cereal and juices included, which is convenient.

The outside area could use some cleaning. Gardens looked unkempt and weren’t appealing at all.

In my wife’s opinion, a better variety of kids' breakfast options would have improved our stay significantly.

Comfy bed so you can rest up after a long day. The layout of the room provided decent space to move around, and provisions for tea and coffee were readily available, making it comfortable. The location offered convenient access to public transport right outside, making trips into town simple.

Bit of a mixed bag here. On entry, the hotel gives an impression of needing a serious touch-up. the decor definitely shows its age. While I appreciated the convenient room size, the ceiling had water damage, hinting at maintenance issues. Found quite a few carpets that could use a good vacuum, which doesn’t sit well when you’re trying to kick back. the Wi-Fi signal was questionable. oddly unstable, commandeering my attention when I just wanted to relax. Finally, I had a nightmare with key retrieval post-stay. communication was less than stellar, leading to some unnecessary running around. While none were total deal-breakers, they piled up on the experience.

The room was clean and provided a comfortable stay, with a very cozy bed and nice towels in the bathroom. check-in was confusing and lengthy, as it took place at the adjacent bar, and some basic toiletries were missing in our room. The shower had issues with flooding, which marred the experience somewhat.
